Downey Car Wash

Everytime i come to downey hand car wash i am satisfied they do a good job on my car and i am in and out in a matter of time if u live in downey i suggest this place...and the cashier is really nice and sweet everytime and it helps that shes cute :)

Came to Downey car wash for the first time . I came in for a regular wash and walked out getting a full detail inside and out. Friendly staff and they did a great job . I would recommend to friends and family .

I've gone there a couple of times and so far I like the service. The guys are always friendly and making sure my car gets cleaned. One thing I didn't like was that the guys looked tired and over worked. I think management should take care of there employees and at least offer water and put some type of shade so they won't get so hot. I only one guy working in the vacuum area and he was sweating and looked like he was about to pass out. Other then that I like service and theirs always a manger in the front greeting me and always telling me to have a good day. I live in paramount and I'll keep going to Downey to get my car wash.

Honestly the BEST car wash there is. I have been bringing my car here for years, and they have never let me down on a good clean up. For the price you pay, it's definitely worth your money. The workers there are fascinatingly hard working and astonishingly kind. I would recommend this Car wash to anyone. Plus, they finish your car faster than other companies, they do it 100% right and so it quickly. Overall, they do the job to an amazing level and can do it within a lunch break time. A+ for this place.

The only place I can trust to do the job no one els can ! I have toddler who loves to eat and play in the car so I drive all the way here because l know they are Worth every penny for their services!! I had my oil change and detailed today and my car is brand new In beginning I asked the guy getting my order to make sure they go under my car seat and they sure did I was amazed of their amazing job gave them extra tip ;) like I said worth every penny for busy mom !

I am here to update my previous review... After my original review, the owner contacted me via email and apologized for the lack of detail on the first car wash and offered me a free diamond car wash. My husband took our car back and everything was done so much better and we are very happy. Thank you to the owner and the staff for correcting the issue promptly and efficiently.

This is the best car wash/ detail experience I've had! They are fast, detail- oriented, friendly& my car was spotless! Friendly/ professional staff and the head of operations even checked in to make sure I was happy with their service! I wish I could see more of that customer-centered service in more places! I plan on purchasing my tires from them because their prices are the best around on high quality tires!!!

I am a regular customer on and off. I was not satisfied with a previous visit and Omid their head of operations was really friendly/customer oriented and ask me to bring back my vehicle at my convenience . They not only clean my car but exceeded my expectations of what a great car wash should be! On top of that thanks to my feedback they will be changing their vacuum policy. If you have an unattached booster they will move it and vacuum under. Awesome!!! The manager Angel is awesome. Dealt with him for years in his previous places. Will definitely continue bringing my car here!

I brought my car for a wash and I didn't really notice that the inside wasn't cleaned that great since I was in a rush when I left, so I came back to bring it to their attention and the manager offered to put it through the wash again for the inconvenience! Great customer service!

I really like this place they got everything here under one roof. Good service
